What are Factory Overstocks?
Factory Overstocks is our section of large, bulk lots of fashion accessories direct from the factory.
Fashion manufacturing is a complicated business, with huge orders frequently canceled over disagreements or non-payment. A dispute can arise between a buyer and a manufacturer over anything from a delivery delay to an inconsistent product color, leading to a cancellation.
As a result, hundreds of thousands of unsold goods known as overstocks are currently languishing in storage overseas.
This creates opportunities for the savvy volume closeout buyer! (That’s you!)
Call these items liquidations, wholesale closeouts, overruns, overstocks, or whatever you like! They all refer to the same thing – Somewhere, an overseas factory is sitting on a large amount of finished goods it needs to sell quickly and cheaply, to recover its costs. It could be 2,000 wool felt fedora hats, 800 knit fashion scarves, or 200 handwoven summer straw bags.

How to Purchase
You choose an overstock opportunity, then CONTACT US with your best offer. We communicate the offer to the factory.
Since these factories are looking to liquidate, bids for the entire quantity of available overstock have a much better chance of being accepted than bids for only a portion of the overstock.
Once you submit a bid, we can put you in direct contact with the factory to complete the deal, if you wish.
Or — if you want us to handle the deal on your behalf — once you and the factory agree on a price, we collect a deposit from you and we start the importing process. Since the goods are already finished, it usually takes no more than a few weeks to bring them into the US.
You are responsible for the shipping costs from China, but we handle the importing and payment process from start to finish, so you don’t have to directly deal with overseas entities or handle Customs and shipping issues.
